Amir Adnani
Co-Chairman & Founder

Amir Adnani is an entrepreneur and the founder and Co-Chairman of GoldMining Inc. (GLDG: NYSE American; GOLD: TSX), where he is directing the growth of a gold resources acquisition and development company with a sizeable portfolio of gold projects across the Americas. In 2020, GoldMining formed Gold Royalty Corp, a wholly owned subsidiary, and has assembled a core team led by former leaders of major gold producers and global banks.

Amir is also the President, Chief Executive Officer and a founder of Uranium Energy Corp (UEC: NYSE American). Here, he advanced the company from concept to U.S. production in its first five years, and has developed an extensive pipeline of low-cost, near-term production projects. He is Chairman of Uranium Royalty Corp (URC: TSX-V), the first and only pure-play uranium royalty and streaming company.

Amir is frequently invited to speak at prominent industry gatherings, including the Milken Institute Global Conference, the International Economic Forum of the Americas and the PDAC Convention. He is often interviewed by major business media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, CNBC and Fox Business News.

Amir is selected as one of “Mining’s Future Leaders” by Mining Journal, a UK-based global industry publication. Fortune magazine has distinguished him on their 40 Under 40, ‘Ones to Watch’ list of North American executives. He was earlier a finalist for Ernst & Young’s ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ distinction. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia and is a director of the university’s Alumni Association.

David Garofalo
Co-Chairman & Director

Mr. Garofalo has worked in various leadership capacities in the natural resources sector over the last 30 years. David is Chairman & CEO of Gold Royalty Corp. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Goldcorp Inc. until its sale to Newmont Corporation in April 2019. He was President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Hudbay Minerals Inc. from 2010 to 2015, where he presided over that company's emergence as a leading metals producer. David has held various senior executive positions with mining companies, including Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Agnico-Eagle Limited from 1998 to 2010 and as treasurer and other various finance roles with Inmet Mining Corporation from 1990 to 1998.

He was named Mining Person of the Year by The Northern Miner in 2012 and Canada's CFO of the Year by Financial Executives International Canada in 2009. A graduate of the University of Toronto (B.Comm.), he is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Director of the Institute of Corporate Directors. He also serves on the board of directors of the Vancouver Board of Trade and the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.

Gloria Ballesta
Lead Independent Director

Ms. Ballesta was paralegal for Uranium Energy Corp., a NYSE American listed company, from May 2010 to December 2012. Ms. Ballesta has experience working in North American, European and Latin American business environments and has direct experience working with Canadian listed public companies holding interests in Latin America. Ms. Ballesta has experience managing administrative and compliance procedures for spin-offs, take-overs and financings of various Canadian public companies. Ms. Ballesta holds an LLB (Hons.) degree in Law from the CEU Cardenal Herrera University in Spain and a Masters degree in Marketing and Business Management from ESIC School of Business in Spain.

Garnet Dawson
Director

Mr. Dawson has over 40 years of experience in the exploration and mining business working with senior and junior mining companies in the Americas, Europe, Africa and China. He has held executive and directorship roles with several Canadian mining companies including most recently as Chief Executive Officer of GoldMining Inc. He currently serves as a Director of U.S. GoldMining Inc., Freegold Ventures Limited and Spanish Mountain Gold Ltd. Mr. Dawson is a registered Professional Geologist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Geology from the University of Manitoba and a Master's of Science degree in Economic Geology from the University of British Columbia.

The Hon. Herb Dhaliwal
Director

The Hon. Herb Dhaliwal, Director, served as a Member of Parliament for over ten years. He served in the Federal Cabinet under Prime Minister Jean Chretien as Minister of Natural Resources, Minister of National Revenue and Minister of Fisheries and Oceans. In his role as Minister of Natural Resources, he actively sought responsible economic development of Canada's vast natural resources and was an authoritative policy maker on decisions relating to the mining and energy, including oil and gas, industries. The Vancouver Sun has recognized Mr. Dhaliwal as one of the top 100 influential British Columbians of the 20th century. He graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1977 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Mario Bernardo Garnero, Director, has significant merchant and investment banking experience and has held senior positions with Brasilinvest and Garnero Group for the past 30 years. Brasilinvest is a strategic partner of GoldMining Inc. and is a leading merchant bank in Brazil having structured and manages a portfolio of projects and investments worth more than US$4 billion. The Garnero Group has attracted direct investments of approximately US$16 billion from different geographies through its various business interests, including energy, alternative energy, real estate, transportation, agriculture, information technology and telecommunications.

Mr. Kong is a Chartered Professional Accountant, (CPA, CA). From 1981 to 2004, he was a partner at Ellis Foster Chartered Accountants. Mr. Kong was also a partner of Ernst & Young from 2005 to 2010. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D). Currently Mr. Kong is a director of Silvercorp Metals Inc., New Pacific Metals Corp. and Uranium Energy Corp.

Anna Tudela
Director

Ms. Tudela has over 35 years of experience working in securities, corporate finance and corporate governance with public companies in Canada, the United States and South America. Ms. Tudela served as Vice President of Diversity, Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Goldcorp Inc., a gold mining company from 2005 to 2019. Here, she founded Creating Choices, a training, development and mentoring program for women in the mining industry to promote diversity, equity and inclusion. Ms. Tudela currently serves as a director of Regulus Resources Inc. and Gunpoint Exploration Ltd. Ms. Tudela also serves as a director of the Canadian Center for Diversity and Inclusion, a non-for-profit organization. Ms. Tudela is an Accredited Director with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada (2016), a Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional with CCDI (2018) and has a Global Competent Boards Designation from Competent Boards (2020).

Alastair Still
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Still is an experienced mining industry professional with over 25 years of experience including working for major gold miners such as Newmont, Goldcorp, Placer Dome, Kinross Gold and Agnico Eagle. He has worked within Canada and internationally in a variety of leadership roles including corporate and project development, and mine operations. Mr. Still has spent over ten years in corporate development having formerly served as Director, Corporate Development with Newmont Corporation (formerly Goldcorp), and most recently as Executive Vice President, Chief Development Officer for GoldMining. Mr. Still graduated with a Bachelor of Science (First Class, Honours) from the University of New Brunswick and a Master of Science (structural geology) from Queen’s University.

Paulo Pereira
President

Mr. Pereira has over 25 years of experience in exploration and development of mining projects in Brazil and Canada. He worked as a geologist for the De Beers Group for twenty years and served for more than ten years as Senior Project Manager and Divisional Manager for Canada. Mr. Pereira holds a Bachelors degree in Geology from Universidade do Amazonas in Brazil and is a Qualified Person as defined in NI-43-101 and a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

Tim Smith
Vice President Exploration

Mr. Smith has more than 25 years mineral industry exploration and mining experience, principally exploring for gold mineral systems including orogenic lode gold, porphyry, intrusion related and volcanogenic massive sulphide systems at locations throughout Australia and Canada. Mr. Smith is experienced in exploration project management from generative greenfields to deposit drill-out to feasibility studies. Mr. Smith has a track record of discovery of major gold systems including as Vice President Exploration for Kaminak Gold Corporation where he led the team at the Coffee Gold Deposit in Yukon, Canada and which was acquired by Goldcorp Inc., for C$520 million in 2016. Mr. Smith was Regional Director Generative Exploration, North America for Newmont Corporation from June 2019 to April 2022 and Exploration Director, Goldcorp Inc., from August 2016 to June 2019.

Mr. Smith is a Registered Professional Geoscientist with Professional Geoscientists Ontario and Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Geology from University of Canterbury, New Zealand. Mr. Smith was a co-recipient of the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia H.H “Spud” Huestis Award for excellence in prospecting and mineral exploration in 2013, for the drill discovery of the Coffee Gold Deposit

Samuel Mah
Director, Engineering Studies

Mr. Mah has over 24 years of experience in the mining industry comprised of a unique blend of senior and junior producers including working for SSR Mining, Great Panther Mining, Goldcorp and Placer Dome (now Barrick Gold) and mine consulting firms: AMEC Americas and SRK Consulting, and the first metal streaming company, Silver Wheaton (now Wheaton Precious Metals). Over his career, Mr. Mah has held various senior technical / management positions responsible for advancing mining projects ranging from business strategy, preliminary economic assessment through to feasibility level studies for both underground and open pit mining methods.

Mr. Mah is a Registered Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering, and a Master of Applied Science degree, both from the University of British Columbia.

Pat Obara
Chief Financial Officer and Secretary

Pat Obara, CFO and Secretary, was Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Uranium Energy Corp., a NYSE American listed company, from August 2006 to January 2011, then as its Vice President Administration to October 2015 and again as its Chief Financial Officer from October 2015 to present. He has consulted to several private and publicly listed companies providing various services in the areas of corporate finance, management and administration. Mr. Obara has served as the Chief Financial Officer and a director of several public companies listed on the TSXV. He holds a degree in Building Technology, Land and Construction Economics, from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Katherine Arblaster
Vice President, Environment, Social and Governance ("ESG")

Ms. Arblaster is responsible for GoldMining's ESG strategy, internal and external ESG reporting and developing the Company's ESG communications with all stakeholders. Prior to joining the GoldMining team, Ms. Arblaster led Monitor Deloitte's ESG and sustainability strategy offering. Ms. Arblaster graduated from the Telfer School of Management with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce in International Management.

Yong-Jae Kim
General Counsel

Mr. Yong-Jae Kim is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and brings over 20 years of experience in legal practice and corporate counsel to GoldMining Inc. He previously practiced law at Gowling WLG (Canada) LLP within the corporate finance group, where he advised a number of large mining companies in the resource sector active in various international jurisdictions. Yong-Jae has been recognized as a leading cross-border corporate lawyer and awarded a Rising Star award by Lexpert and a Finalist for Mid-Market Excellence by Canadian General Counsel Awards in 2021. Yong-Jae earned a Bachelor of Laws an LL.B. at the Queen's University, Faculty of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Arts B.A. from the University of British Columbia.
